Personal Training
If you want to reach your fitness goals, consider NLIFT’s personal training sessions. After an initial fitness assessment (i.e., body measurements, exercise and health history and goals), a customized program will be designed to push you past your comfort level, an effort that is difficult to accomplish on your own. NLIFT’s personal training sessions will provide counsel on cardio, strength training, stretching, basic nutrition, and progress tracking. The long-term benefits of each session, which lasts about an hour, is to increased your energy, self esteem and focus, decreased your risk of heart attack, stress and depression, build strong bones, and increase strength and stamina. |

Bootcamps
If you seek a fun, exciting, rewarding, and challenging way to transform your body and get in shape, NLIFT’s bootcamps may be just right for you! Bootcamps are an indoor or outdoor exercise program that includes fitness instruction and motivational training in order to lose weight, build strength, acquire endurance and stamina, increase flexibility, and improve heart health. Each bootcamp lasts for about one hour and is specifically designed to firm, tone, flatten, and reduce using core conditioning, muscle strengthening, circuit training, short-distance running, sport yoga and drills, and obstacle courses! You can either gather your own group of friends and acquaintances and NLIFT will come to you, or you can join one of NLIFT’s existing bootcamps! All you really have to do is bring your exercise shoes, towel and water, and NLIFT will do the rest! |

Nutrition Counseling
NLIFT provides basic nutrition counseling that is ongoing and specifically aligned with reaching health and fitness goals. Sessions entail an assessment of regular dietary intake in order to identify opportunity areas where change is needed. The sessions also include information on the importance of getting proper rest, which rejuvenates and recuperates the body. To be sure, nutrition and rest is an integral part of becoming healthy. For that reason, NLIFT will work with you to set goals that focus on the behaviors needed to achieve desired results. |
