Our bootcamp is awesome! For the first time in my life, I finally have an understanding of what it means to get your second wind. Just when I think I can’t do another squat, Toby psyches us out with his words of encouragement and motivation – the experience is really phenomenal! By the way, I lost 10 pounds in one month!     --Hope 

No one is going to believe this but Toby actually took me shopping for food and sneakers! He helped me pick out good foods to improve my diet, and he also helped me pick out a pair of cross trainers for our bootcamp! This guy is amazing! On top of that, he pushes us to the limit in our bootcamp. I particularly like the stretching exercises after our workout. Toby is a one-of-a-kind trainer! --Phoebe

My daughter and I signed up with Toby for personal training, and neither of us has one regret. We do the same routines because we’re both working to improve the same areas on our bodies. I speak for her when I say that he is always on time, he has a great sense of humor, and he drives us to reach our maximum potential during each session.
